Each stakeholder has its own objectives, interests and sensitivities. Getting them in line with your own agenda is not self-evident.
The difference between failure and success depends largely on your diplomatic skills. Searching with respect for solutions that benefit all parties is the key. The Stakeholdering® training shows you how the game is played.
Provide participants with the insights and skills for creating stakeholder commitment to their project.

As a guide we use the Kenaz MAPTAR® model:
More specifically: Mapping, Alliance, Prominence, Thinking, Action, Redirecting,
1. Mapping your stakeholders: what is their current position  with regard to your project, what is essential for each of them business              wise and personally and which stakeholders did you want to migrate to some more favourable position.
2. Alliance: How do you build trust, both in your competence and in your intention to treat your stakeholders with respect and looking          for mutual benefits?
3. Prominence: How do you make sure that your project is and remains on the radar screen of each of your stakeholders?
4. Thinking: How do you create a positive mindset towards your project?
5. Action: How do you make sure they are actually committed to your cause?
6. Redirecting: How do you deal with resistance?
Additional attention will be paid to the following crucial elements:
1. Your own strengths and development points of influence
2. How can you respond to the decision-making style of key stakeholders?
3. How do you deal with power figures?
4. How do you align the territorial sensitivity of different stakeholders?
In order to make the learning objectives as sharp as possible, the participants submit a questionnaire about their influencing style to their environment in advance.
Concepts and techniques will be provided that will be applied by the participants step by step on their own project and discussed with colleagues.
In order to maximise the results of the training effort, it is important to think together about ways to systematically put this into practice and continue to follow it up.
The project starts with an individual intake and ends with an individual synthesis discussion.

Groups of up to 12 participants for whom getting their ideas across is an essential part of their jobs: project leaders, staff members, executives.
